• ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE NOTICES
Once cargo operations have been completed at the foreign port, NESA will
advise the receivers of, Bill of Lading numbers, quantities loaded and
projected ETA. As a member of the email group, the receivers will also
have access to departure details which include, the completion time, last
line ashore, and drop last pilot and vessel conditions.
• DOCUMENTATION
NESA provides the following documentation in triplicate – The original
Notice Of Readiness, Statement of Facts, Mate’s receipts, OS &
D reports, sea protests and other pertinent documents concerning cargo
or the vessel. All document packages are faxed and forwarded via courier
mail to the appropriate parties upon departure.
